Preventive Cardiometabolic Optimization Program (Cash-Based)
Initial Visit or Follow Visit
For patients with: Elevated ApoB or Lp(a), family history of early heart disease, insulin resistance or diabetes, obesity or metabolic syndrome, pregnancy-related risk factors, or persistent risk despite normal testing.
Includes: Extended preventive visits; advanced lipid and cardiometabolic risk interpretation; coronary calcium and cardiac imaging review when applicable; personalized nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, and stress plan; longitudinal risk tracking; care coordination with other providers.
Visit frequency: Enrollment visit at Week 0. Follow-ups either quarterly (standard) or monthly ×3 then quarterly (intensive). Fees reflect extended time and interpretation, not labs or testing.
Medical Weight Management Bundles (Cash-Based)
3 Months vs. 6 Months
For patients: Seeking evidence-based weight management for cardiovascular and metabolic health. Includes cardiometabolic evaluation, medication management when appropriate (including GLP-1 therapies), heart-healthy nutrition strategy, metabolic monitoring, and regular follow-ups.
Medications and labs billed separately through insurance or pharmacy
Concierge Preventive Cardiology Care (Optional Membership)
Quarterly or Annual
Includes longer visits (60–90 min when needed), direct secure messaging, same-week availability for urgent questions, personalized care planning, and proactive coordination including weekends. Designed for relationship-based preventive care.
InBody Composition & Metabolic Tracking
Single scan vs. 3-scan package
Body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat estimate, metabolic trends, and progress tracking.
Included with weight management or concierge programs.

These programs above are optional, cash-based services that focus on prevention, personalization, and extended care time beyond what insurance recognizes. We ALSO accept 6 insurances (see accepted insurances) that cover your medical visit, labs & most cardiac testing (depending on insurance) and these visits are separate from membership services.
Labs are drawn through Quest Diagnostics and billed directly to insurance or patients. Insight Heart Health does not profit from laboratory testing.
Cardiac testing is ordered only when medically necessary and performed by independent facilities billed to insurance when applicable. No financial incentives are received for ordering tests.
